1. General

• These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and users of Shrungar Fashions, whether online or in-store.
• Shrungar Fashions reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

2. Products & Availability

• All products displayed on our website and in-store are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colours, embroidery, and embellishments may slightly vary due to screen calibration, lighting, and fabric dye lots.
• Custom and made-to-order garments are subject to additional lead time and specific terms agreed upon at the time of order placement.
• Shrungar Fashions specialises in bridal lehengas, designer dresses, salwar suits, sarees, and occasion wear. Product availability may vary by season.

3. Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of confirmed order shall be the final price.
• Discounts, offers, and sale prices are valid only for the specified promotional period and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

4. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed partial payment.
• We accept payments via cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other modes available at checkout.
• For custom orders, a non-refundable advance of 50% of the total order value is required at the time of booking.
• Shrungar Fashions reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent transactions. Full refunds will be issued in such cases.

5. Alterations & Custom Orders

• We offer alteration and customisation services for most products. Alteration charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of purchase.
• Customised or altered garments cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases where the defect is attributable to Shrungar Fashions.
• Delivery timelines for custom orders are estimates and may vary depending on fabric availability, embroidery complexity, and workload.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase/delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed products with original tags intact.
• Items marked as 'Final Sale', custom-made, altered, or discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at our store or via our website contact form with your order details and reason for return.
• Shrungar Fashions reserves the right to assess the condition of returned goods before approving a refund or exchange.
• Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on www.shrungarfashions.com, including product images, design details, brand name, logo, and text, is the intellectual property of Shrungar Fashions.
• Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Shrungar Fashions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
• Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the value of the product(s) purchased.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
